“SAFETY… REPORT IT LETS SORT IT”

We encourage our team to actively report any hazards or potential hazards that they may come across whilst carrying out activities on site or in the workplace. Reporting might not be the most exciting of topics, but reporting incidents and hazards is important – it helps identify health, safety and wellbeing trends and prevents future incidents. By having a simple conversation about a potential hazard that they have seen can make a huge difference.

All of our team are fully trained and qualified to perform the tasks they undertake to the highest Health & Safety Standards.

SAFETY ALERTS

Any hazards that are identified, investigated and resolved with the necessary action being taken are then included within our Health & Safety reports, discussed in depth with the team at the quarterly Health & Safety meetings and a Safety Alert gets issued to all of LGS detailing the incident and resolution. A Safety Alert is an integral part of our Health & Safety Reporting as it tells us whats happened, the potential hazards that this issue could have had and what action LGS has taken to rectify and prevent these failings in the future.
